BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.
Any statements below can be negotiated prior to the commission. If your commission is accepted a reply will be sent based on how you first contacted me. At this time, please verify that all information is acceptable to you. Any changes MUST be made before the first payment.
GENERAL TERMS
Be civil in all aspects, if you are expressing harmful behaviors, I will cancel your commission. (This refers to aggression, deceitful behavior, or attempting to continuously push topics that I am not willing to interact with)
Please provide clean references, especially for the characters. While I can find many poses, only you can provide what your character looks like to me. Character descriptions will not be accepted.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
PAYMENT
I request 50% payment upfront, the other 50% is expected after the initial sketch is completed and sent.
I accept money through Paypal, though other means may be negotiated.
I will ask for your email for Paypal and send an invoice when ready for the initial payment.
PROCESS
I will provide work-in-progress photos to allow you to outline problems or flaws I may have missed. (This is the time for corrections to the said commission. I will NOT change the commission in its entirety once it’s completed.)
I work on commissions in my free time. If I have difficulty doing it in a timely manner, I will let you know.
Please keep in mind that I am a human, and it might take more time to complete a commission if something comes up, or I need to pick up a new skill for it. I’ll ALWAYS let you know if there is anything that might make a commission take longer.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
When the commission is complete, I will not make large changes, such as additions to the character's limbs, clothing, complex backgrounds, etc. I will, of course, edit the coloration accordingly if necessary.
If there is something you are unhappy with, try to identify it as early as possible, I will work with you to fix it.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to produced drawings, not the commissioner.
Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;🔶 Promote myself both online and in real life.

🔶Make personal prints of artwork and claim the right of your character(s), but not the drawing itself.I, as the artist, will never;;

The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
🔶 Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off of it in any way.)
🔶Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
🔶Removing any watermarks/signatures.
🔶Altering the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent. This includes tracing, coloring in lineart, etc.
🔶Reposting the artwork without my consent.(In short, the art is mine but the character is not. Please be responsible and give credit where it is due.)
CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
I will always give a reason BEFORE refunding, and if possible, a compromise may be reached.
You have no right to cancel or demand from the artist under any circumstances AFTER payment is received and at least one post-sketch WIP has been sent.
If money has not been sent yet, I have the right to cancel the commission.
